Bruce, a resident of Adamstown Heights (2289), was facing a major issue with his stormwater system. The water was not draining properly and causing flooding in his backyard. Frustrated and worried about potential damage to his property, he turned to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical for help.
Finding Us Through GMB
Bruce found us through our Google My Business (GMB) ad when searching for plumbing services in the Newcastle area. Impressed by our high ratings and positive reviews, he decided to give us a call.
Assigning Our Top Technician – Adam
Upon receiving Bruce’s call, we immediately assigned our top technician – Adam – to the job. With years of experience and expertise in handling various plumbing issues, we knew that Adam would be able to provide an effective solution for Bruce’s blocked stormwater problem.
The Job Description & Solution
Adam arrived at Bruce’s property on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the stormwater system using CCTV cameras. This allowed him to identify the exact location of the blockage and determine its cause.
To attempt restoring flow, Adam used a jet blaster which uses high-pressure water jets to clear out any obstructions in the pipes. However, upon further inspection, he discovered multiple defective sections of pipework that were causing recurring blockages.
In order to provide a long-term solution for Bruce’s stormwater issue, Adam replaced these damaged sections with new pipes that were more durable and resistant to blockages. He also made sure that all connections were secure and leak-free before completing the job.
