Case Study: Resolving Slow Draining Toilets in Belmont North
Kay, a resident of Belmont North (2280), was experiencing issues with her toilets draining slowly. Frustrated and in need of a solution, she turned to Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after finding us through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Adam
Upon receiving Kay’s call, we assigned our experienced technician Adam to the job. With years of experience and expertise in plumbing services, we knew he would be able to provide an effective solution for Kay’s problem.
The Job Description & Solution
Adam attended Kay’s site and conducted a thorough inspection of the two slow draining toilets. After careful examination, he found that there were issues with the inlet to the shaft which had previously occurred about 12 months ago.
To resolve this issue, Adam carried out jet blasting and CCTV inspections. Through these methods, he discovered multiple defective joints on the inlet which were causing the slow drainage.
In order to fix this problem once and for all, Adam replaced all defective joints and ensured that everything was functioning properly before leaving Kay’s home. Thanks to his expertise and efficient workmanship, Kay no longer had any issues with her toilets draining slowly.
