Job Description & Solution

Theran arrived at Chad’s residence and began investigating the issue with the hot water system. After thorough inspection, he found that it was a 315l 2007 model and had signs of rust and leaks. The thermostats were also found to have failed, causing the system to malfunction.

Based on his findings, Theran presented repair options to Chad. However, considering the age and condition of the current system, it was recommended that a replacement would be more cost-effective in the long run.

The clients agreed with this recommendation and chose a 315l Everhot replacement with a new tempering valve. Our team then proceeded with disconnecting and draining the existing system before disposing of it offsite.

We then supplied and installed the new hot water system in its original location. This involved installing new pipework and required valves before filling up the tank and flushing out any air pockets. Finally, we reinstated power supply so that it could begin heating overnight.

Warranty & Servicing Requirements

As part of our service, we provide a 10-year warranty on the tank of the new hot water system. However, to uphold this warranty, it is essential that the system is serviced at the 5-year mark.
