Terry, a resident of Charlestown (2290), recently contacted Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after noticing a leak in the pipe underneath his basin in the rear shed. He found us through our Newcastle Magnet ad and was impressed by our range of plumbing services.

The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Terry’s property, Theran immediately began investigating the source of the leak. After thorough inspection, he discovered that there was a connection leaking in the pipework. Upon further discussion with Terry, it was decided that an isolation tap should be installed to prevent any future leaks from occurring.
To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, Theran presented Terry with a detailed price breakdown before proceeding with any work. Once approved by Terry, Theran proceeded with cutting out the damaged section of pipework and installing new copper pipes.
In addition to installing an isolation tap, Theran also connected flexible hoses to the pillar tap for added convenience. After completing all necessary repairs and installations, he reinstated water supply and thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no more leaks or issues present.
