After locating multiple root ingress in the drain, Theran used his skills and knowledge to come up with an effective solution. He first restored flow to the drain using rod and CCTV equipment. Then, he proceeded to use CCTV downstream from gully all the way up to Sewer boundary shaft located in driveway.
This thorough inspection revealed multiple root ingress points which were causing blockages in Brent’s drainage system. To solve this issue once and for all, Theran removed these roots using specialized tools while ensuring minimal damage was caused to Brent’s property.
