Mathew, a resident of the suburb of Fletcher (2287), recently contacted Reactive Plumbing & Electrical for assistance with installing a new shower rail. He had found us through our Newcastle Magnet ad and was impressed by our range of plumbing services.
The Assigned Technician: Theran
We assigned Theran to handle this job as he has extensive experience in plumbing installations and is known for his attention to detail. We knew that he would be able to complete the task efficiently and effectively.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Mathew’s home, Theran assessed the existing shower rail and determined that it needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. The customer had already purchased a new shower rail, so Theran began by removing the old one carefully.
He then proceeded to install the new shower rail according to manufacturer instructions, ensuring that it was securely attached and level. Once completed, he tested the functionality of the shower rail multiple times to ensure it was working properly before cleaning up any debris from the installation process.
“I am extremely happy with how quickly Reactive Plumbing & Electrical responded to my request for help with my shower rail installation,” said Mathew. “Theran did an excellent job and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.”
