Nui, a resident of Macquarie Hills (2285), recently found herself in the midst of a plumbing emergency. She noticed that her toilet was not flushing properly and there was water pooling around the base. Concerned about potential damage to her home, she immediately searched for a reliable plumber and came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
Assigning Our Top Technician Josh to the Job
As soon as Nui called us, we knew this was an urgent matter that required immediate attention. We take pride in providing prompt and efficient service to all our clients, which is why we assigned our top technician Josh to handle this job.
The Job Description:
Upon arrival at Nui’s residence, Josh assessed the situation and determined that there was an intrusion in the 90mm pipe connected to her toilet. This blockage was causing issues with proper flushing and needed to be addressed urgently before it caused any further damage.
The Solution:
To solve this issue, Josh excavated down to reach the pipe depth and cut it open for access using specialized tools. He then used a robotic cutter to remove the 90mm pipe intrusion efficiently without causing any additional damage or disruption.
In order to prevent future blockages from occurring, Josh also installed a junction for inspection opening and downpipe connection. This would allow for easier maintenance and monitoring of Nui’s plumbing system going forward.
To temporarily resolve the issue until permanent repairs could be made, Josh also installed PVC piping from Nui’s downpipe into the affected area.
