Coral, a resident of Maryland (2287), recently found herself with a blocked drain and needed immediate assistance. After searching online, she came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our Newcastle Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Zach
Zach was assigned to the job due to his expertise in handling plumbing issues and his excellent track record of providing top-notch service to our clients.
The Job Description & Solution
Coral contacted us regarding her blocked drain issue and we immediately dispatched Zach to her home. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation and determined that the blockage was located in the toilet line.
To clear the blockage, Zach used handheld drain cleaning equipment which effectively cleared out the soft blockage. This method is not only efficient but also minimizes any potential damage to the pipes.
As there was no current access into the sewer system, no visual inspection of drain pipes could be performed at this time. However, Zach provided options for creating access to allow for jet blasting and camera inspection if necessary in the future.
The total cost for clearing Coral’s blocked drain was $149 as part of our special offer. This alternate payment arrangement was approved by management as we understand that unexpected plumbing issues can be financially burdensome for our clients.
