Introduction:
Erika, a resident of Mayfield (2304), recently contacted Reactive Plumbing & Electrical after experiencing issues with her kitchen sink mixer. The Solution:
After presenting various options to Erika regarding the installation process, she decided to opt for Brighte Payment plan along with installing a 500kpa pressure regulating valve and using her own tap. Theran promptly installed both solutions while ensuring minimal disruption to Erika’s daily routine.
To complete the job successfully, Theran reinstated the water supply and thoroughly tested it upon completion. He also provided Erika with a 5-year warranty on the newly installed pressure regulating valve for added peace of mind.
