Theran found that the outlet valve on the main toilet needed repositioning which was causing inconsistent flushing. He quickly fixed this issue and tested it upon completion to ensure everything was working correctly.
In order to address the problem with the powder room toilet, Theran disassembled its inwall cistern and inspected all parts and seals. He discovered that some plastic parts were 13 years old and had aged significantly which was causing inconsistent workings. After reinstating everything back together, he tested it several times to ensure proper functioning.
Although both toilets were now working correctly after repairs by Theran, he recommended further repairs for long-term solutions. This included major repair work for the inwall cistern which would prevent any future issues from arising.
