Imelda, a resident of the suburb of Swansea (2281), was experiencing a frustrating issue with her toilet. After searching online, she came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our ad and decided to give us a call.
The Assigned Technician: Theran
We take great pride in our team of skilled technicians who are always ready to provide top-notch services to our clients. For this particular job, we assigned Theran as he has extensive experience in dealing with plumbing issues such as leaky toilets.
The Job Description and Solution
Upon arrival at Imelda’s home, Theran quickly got to work by investigating the source of the leak. He found that it was coming from the connection to the toilet fill valve. After discussing his findings with Imelda, he presented her with different options for repairs.
After careful consideration, Imelda decided on replacing both the stop tap and flexible connection to her toilet. This would ensure that any future leaks would be prevented and also improve the overall functionality of her toilet.
To begin with, Theran isolated the water supply to Imelda’s home before removing and replacing the old stop tap. Once this was completed, he reinstated the water supply and proceeded to replace the flexible connection to her toilet. Before leaving, he thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no further leaks or issues.
In addition, we provided Imelda with a 12-month warranty on all repairs done by Reactive Plumbing & Electrical so she can have peace of mind knowing that if any problems arise, we will take care of it.
