Theran arrived at John’s residence on Friday 20/06/25 between 9-12pm as per their scheduled booking. He began by investigating the lukewarm water issue from under the sink hot water system and found that it was over 40 years old and only activating one element. This explained why John was not getting enough hot water.
After thorough inspection, Theran recommended replacing the old hot water system with a new one. Understanding the urgency of this issue for John, we made sure to complete the replacement on the same day itself. Along with replacing the hot water system, we also replaced his dripping washing machine tap as a complimentary service.
The client accepted our recommendation and paid a 10% deposit upfront before starting work. We then proceeded with replacing his old hot water system with a brand new three-phase instantaneous electric heater underneath his kitchen sink. To ensure proper functioning of all components, Theran also adjusted pipework accordingly before testing everything upon completion.
