Next, Jesikka sourced a brand new unit that met all council regulations and requirements including isolation valve, non-return valve, pressure reduction valve, inline line strainers, cold water expansion valve, tempering valve and temperature and pressure relief valve. Once everything was installed correctly by Jesikka himself, he made sure to dispose of the old unit responsibly.
