The Job Description & Solution: Upon arrival at Stephen’s home, Ritchie inspected the blocked floor waste in the ensuite on the second story. It was discovered that a build-up of waste was causing the blockage. To solve this issue, Reactive Plumbing used plunging rods to free the sewer drain and tested all fixtures to ensure that there were no further blockages.
Ritchie also scheduled another visit for 2/5/25 to conduct a camera inspection of the line to ensure that there would be no future issues with blockages.
