To solve this issue, Joshua proposed multiple options to Patricia but she opted for the following scope of works:
– Arrive onsite with correct equipment
– Hand excavate trench in marked area along retaining wall approximately 10 metres long
– Install 100mm slotted pipework along trench and discharge into stormwater pit
– Install 450mm stormwater pit with submersible pump and run new pipework to discharge into existing metal down-pipe.
– Backfill slotted pipework with appropriate gravel and geotech.
– Remove excess soil from site
– Install new 10amp weatherproof GPO for pump and test
– Test all works and pump for correct operation
– Clean site
