Client Spotlight: Pat from Macgregor
Hello, my name is Steven and I am a service technician at Reactive Plumbing & Electrical. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Pat from Macgregor (4109) who found us through our Brisbane Magnet ad.
Why Pat Called Us
Pat was experiencing some plumbing issues in their home and needed a reliable and efficient solution. After seeing our ad in Brisbane Magnet, they decided to give us a call for help.
The Assigned Technician
I was assigned to the job as I have extensive experience in residential plumbing maintenance. My goal is always to provide top-notch services that exceed our clients’ expectations.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Pat’s home, I conducted a thorough inspection of their plumbing system and identified the root cause of the issue. It turned out that there was a blockage in their main sewer line causing backups and slow draining throughout the house.
To solve this problem, I used high-pressure water jetting to clear out the blockage without causing any damage to their pipes. Additionally, I provided some tips on how to prevent future blockages and keep their plumbing system running smoothly.
