The Job Description & Solution
Gino had attempted to change over a valve on his own but ended up causing a leak that needed immediate attention. Upon arrival at the site after hours, Michael conducted an investigation and discovered that water was leaking through the pipe back plate due to incorrect installation.
To solve this issue, our team presented onsite price options to Gino and he accepted under the following works:
- Cutting out and removing section of gyprock wall
- Cutting out and removing leaking back plate
- Supplying and installing new auspex half inch pipework with correct fittings
- Re-connecting existing isolation valve with new flexible flange
- Connecting toilet and bidet
- Testing and commissioning all works
