The Job Description & Solution
Nathan arrived on-site with all the necessary equipment and quickly got to work. He isolated the water supply to prevent any further damage and removed the toilet suite to gain access to the drainage system. However, after using our CCTV drain camera to inspect the line, he could not locate any blockage.
Despite not being able to identify the cause of the blockage accurately, Nathan provided Amanda with a quote for replacing two toilet suites as they were old and may have contributed to the issue.
