The Job Description & Solution
Matt arrived on site and began investigating the issue with the newly installed toilet that had been done under invoice number #12108694. Using an in-wall CCTV inspection camera, he discovered that the right-hand side toggle bolt securing the cistern to the pan was loose. This allowed water to leak from underneath and into surrounding rooms/areas.
To solve this problem, Matt tightened the toggle bolt which stopped any further leaks. He also scheduled a revisit in order to ensure that everything was working properly and there were no other issues with the fixture.
