Lau’s initial concern was the leaking tap in his bathroom basin set. Upon further investigation, Zavier discovered that the basin set had perished and needed urgent replacement. After discussing with Lau, they decided that a mixer would be the best option for the replacement.
In addition to this issue, Lau also mentioned that his kitchen mixer needed replacing as well. To save time and effort, Zavier suggested installing both mixers at once while on site.
Scope of Works:
- Remove old sink taps and breach
- Supply and install new posh basin mixer
- Install new flexible hoses to suit
- Install 40 mm slim fit trap and adjust 40 mil PVC pipework to suit
- Check all works no leaks
- Plug existing holes with chrome caps and fit

As a complimentary service, Zavier also installed a 15 mm female Griffiths hose tap for Lau.
The basin mixer comes with a 6-year warranty while the kitchen mixer has a 5-year warranty. Please note that there is no warranty on the complimentary hose tap installation.
