Job Description & Solution
The job at hand was no easy feat – isolate the water supply for an entire complex in Nerang. This required precision and expertise as any mistakes could lead to major disruptions for all residents. Our solution? Drain out the water pressure through the bottom taps at the back of the complex before disconnecting and decommissioning the existing stop tap.
We then removed spindles and implemented a high-speed tungsten carbide drillbit to shave down any damaged seats. To ensure long-lasting results, we reinstated new isolation points and replaced factory washers with premium jumper valves. And finally, upon completion, we thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no leaks or issues.
