Cisco explained the situation to Matt upon arrival and showed him where he suspected the leak might be coming from. After conducting thorough checks on the main water supply line, Matt determined that there was indeed a concealed leak in the main branch which could not be detected by eye.
To solve this issue, Matt isolated the main water supply and drained down the system. He then induced nitrogen into the domestic cold water supply line which helped locate the exact location of the leak as marked by Cisco earlier. As per customer’s request, we advised them to cut concrete themselves so that they can save some money on labor costs.
