Case Study: Storm Water Repair in Rochedale South

Charles, a resident of Rochedale South (4123), recently contacted Reactive Plumbing & Electrical for assistance with storm water repair. He found us through our Existing Client – Non VIP ad and was impressed by our services.

The Job Description & Solution:
Upon arrival at Charles’ property, Blake carried out an investigation after trenches had been excavated and opened. After discussing with Charles, they came up with a plan for the storm water repair works. The following scope of works was agreed upon:
– Right Hand Side:
- Further excavation around pipework for 450mm pit to suit
- Cut out and remove squashed damaged pipework
- Supply and install new 450mm pit with PVC pipework and correct fittings
- Concrete around pit to ensure no movement
- Test all works
– Left Hand Side:
- Cut out and remove squashed section of pipework with junction Remove water in drain, further CCTV upstream and downstream to ensure no further issues and diagram is provided for owner
