Lauren explained that all three of her toilets were experiencing problems and needed attention. Our team immediately got to work by isolating the main water supply and draining down the system. We then proceeded to disconnect and decommission the existing outlet valves in each toilet – upstairs spare bathroom, ensuite bathroom, and downstairs WC.
Matt carefully stripped off the existing outlet rubber before replacing it with new ones. He then reinstated each outlet valve service and recommissioned them with leak ceasing solutions.
