Case Study: Solving Ground Water Pooling Issues in Rochedale
Mohamed from Rochedale called us for help with ground water pooling around his property. He found us through our ad and was impressed by our expertise in plumbing and electrical services.
Assigned Technician: Jesikka
Jesikka, one of our top service technicians, was assigned to the job due to her extensive experience in handling similar issues. She has a keen eye for detail and is known for providing efficient solutions to complex problems.
The Job Description & Solution
Upon arrival at Mohamed’s property, Jesikka conducted an extensive CCTV drain inspection of the stormwater system. She discovered multiple sections of back-fall and collapsed pipework that were causing the ground water pooling issue.
To ensure transparency, Jesikka drew a diagram of the system and left it for Mohamed to understand the problem better. After discussing various options with him, she provided a comprehensive solution that would effectively solve the issue.
Jesikka then got to work immediately, fixing all back-fall areas and replacing any damaged pipes. She also made sure to leave the site clean and tidy after completing her work.
