Client Case Study: Benjamin from Rochedale South
Hello, my name is Benjamin and I live in the suburb of Rochedale South (4123). Recently, I had a plumbing emergency at my home and needed immediate assistance. After searching online for a reliable plumber, I came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Online Booking ad.
Assigned Technician: Johnny
I was relieved when Johnny from Reactive Plumbing & Electrical was assigned to my job. His expertise and professionalism were evident right from the start. He arrived promptly at my property and assessed the situation with great attention to detail.
The Job Description & Solution
The problem reported was a gully blockage that was causing issues with water flow. Johnny used his skills and knowledge to restore the flow by inspecting the silver line with a CCTV drain camera. He thoroughly checked all connections up until the Council connection without finding any problems.
However, during his inspection of the stormwater drain line, he discovered tree root ingress in one section of pipework. To prevent any further damage or blockages, Johnny proposed digging up and replacing this damaged section.
