Client Case Study: David from Rochedale South
Hello, my name is David and I live in the suburb of Rochedale South (4123). Recently, I had a plumbing emergency at my home and needed immediate assistance. After searching online for local plumbers, I came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their Brisbane Magnet ad.
Assigned Technician: Steven
I called Reactive Plumbing & Electrical and was quickly connected to one of their friendly customer service representatives. They informed me that they would send out their top technician, Steven, to handle my plumbing issue. As a homeowner myself, I appreciated knowing that an experienced professional would be taking care of the problem.
The Job Description & Solution
Steven arrived promptly at my house and assessed the situation. He explained to me what needed to be done and provided me with a detailed quote before starting any work. The job involved fixing a burst pipe in my bathroom which was causing water damage to the surrounding area.
Steven efficiently repaired the pipe using high-quality materials and ensured that there were no further leaks or potential issues. He also took the time to check all other pipes in my home for any signs of wear or damage, providing peace of mind for future maintenance needs.
I was impressed by Steven’s professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He left everything clean and tidy once he finished his work – it was like he wasn’t even there!
