Client Case Study: Sam from Sunnybank Hills
Hello, my name is Sam and I live in the suburb of Sunnybank Hills (4109). Recently, I encountered a major issue with my toilet being constantly blocked. After trying to fix it myself with no success, I decided to seek professional help.
Finding Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through Brisbane Magnet
I came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical when browsing through the latest edition of Brisbane Magnet. Their ad caught my attention as they offered a wide range of plumbing services at competitive prices. Without hesitation, I gave them a call and explained my situation.
Assigned Technician: Bailey
The friendly customer service representative on the phone informed me that their technician Bailey would be assigned to my job. She assured me that he was highly experienced and had dealt with similar issues before.
Investigating the Blocked Toilet
Bailey arrived promptly at our agreed upon time and got straight to work. He began by using a camera to inspect the pipes from the back of my property all the way to the front. He also checked two gulleys for any potential blockages.
After dismantling the vent from my toilet, Bailey used his camera again to check for tree roots in that area. Unfortunately, his suspicions were confirmed – there were indeed tree roots blocking my pipes which was causing all sorts of problems including affecting other bathrooms in my house.
Bailey suggested that this issue needed immediate attention as it could potentially cause more damage if left untreated. He provided me with a quote for removing the toilet so he could jet and further investigate any other potential blockages caused by tree roots.
