Client Case Study: Toni from Tarragindi
Toni, a resident of the Brisbane suburb of Tarragindi (4121), recently found herself in need of plumbing services. She had noticed a leak in her water lines and knew she needed to act fast before it caused any further damage.
Finding Us Through Brisbane Magnet
Toni came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through our advertisement on Brisbane Magnet. Impressed by our range of services and positive reviews, she decided to give us a call for help with her plumbing issue.
Assigning Steven as the Service Technician
Upon receiving Toni’s call, we quickly assessed the situation and assigned our top technician, Steven, to handle the job. With years of experience under his belt and extensive knowledge in residential plumbing, we knew he was the perfect fit for this task.
The Job Description & Solution
Steven arrived at Toni’s home promptly and began assessing the problem. He discovered that there was a leak in the 25mm poly pipe connecting her pump to the water lines.
