Upon arrival at Todd’s residence, Khaine carried out thorough inspections of the blocked kitchen gully. It was determined that the blockage was caused by years’ worth of grease buildup. To resolve this issue, Khaine broke open and cleared the gully blockage before moving on to inspecting the CCTV drain system from the toilet.
To everyone’s surprise, it was discovered that there were tree roots starting to ingress into a joint in the pipe about 9.5 meters down. This had caused a split in the pipe which could potentially lead to more serious problems if left unattended.
