Case Study: Clearing a Slow Draining Shower Drain in Wishart
Kerri from Wishart Calls Reactive Plumbing & Electrical for Help
Kerri, a resident of the Brisbane suburb of Wishart (4122), was experiencing issues with her shower drain. Water was draining slowly and she needed help to fix the problem. After searching online, Kerri came across Reactive Plumbing & Electrical through their advertisement on Brisbane Magnet.
Johnny is Assigned as the Service Technician
Upon receiving Kerri’s call, Reactive Plumbing & Electrical assigned Johnny as the service technician for this job. With years of experience and expertise in plumbing, Johnny was well-equipped to handle any drainage issue.
The Job Description and Solution
Johnny arrived at Kerri’s home and assessed the situation. He found that there was organic matter clogging up the shower drain which was causing it to drain slowly. To solve this issue, he removed the shower drain grill and used tools to remove all traces of organic matter. Additionally, he also plunged the drain to ensure proper flow.
To prevent future blockages, Johnny recommended a Drain acid treatment which would help break down any build-up in the pipes. However, he assured Kerri that her current issue had been resolved and there were no immediate concerns about her drainage system.
