Upon arrival at Lily’s home, Theran investigated the source of the leak coming from the kitchen sink mixer. After thorough inspection, he determined that the tap was beyond economical repair and presented Lily with options for a new one.

To ensure that Lily had fully functioning water supply throughout her home, we replaced the isolation tap as well at no additional cost. Once this was completed, Theran continued with installing the new Gooseneck pull out sink mixer along with all necessary connections.

In addition to this repair work, Theran also replaced the hot isolation valve under Lily’s kitchen sink to prevent any future leaks. He then reinstated water supply and thoroughly tested all connections to ensure everything was in proper working order.
