After identifying the issue as a damaged section of pipework, Josh proceeded with our specialised relining process. This involved supplying all necessary equipment for relining such as packers and epoxy resin. He carefully measured out and prepared the liner before mixing the two-part epoxy resin.
Next, Josh inserted the packer into position within the damaged section of service and inflated it while allowing time for the resin to cure – typically 1.5 to 2 hours. Once cured, he deflated and removed the packer from the service before conducting another CCTV inspection to ensure proper installation.
